All product help, order questions and commission enquiries are handled in our Discord server. There is no website inbox and we do not ask you to send staff direct messages.
Include the resource name and release version, Minecraft version, server platform, dependencies and steps to reproduce. Use the server’s support channel or ticket flow. Share order references only in the appropriate private support channel, not in public chat.
Never post passwords, payment-card details, bot tokens, webhook URLs or private download links.
Necessary storage supports sign-in, your basket and checkout. External media and optional view counting are separate choices and stay off until allowed.
