Information we handle
- Account details such as username, email address, Discord identifier, and profile information you provide.
- Purchase records such as product, price, status, license key, PayPal order or subscription identifier, and download history. Anonventions does not receive your full payment-card number.
- Content you submit, including reviews, endorsed-server applications, uploaded media, and support messages.
- Security data such as IP address, browser user agent, login attempts, administrative audit events, and CAPTCHA results.
- First-party attribution data such as a referral code and UTM campaign parameters used to understand which promotions lead to visits or purchases.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, complete purchases, issue licenses, deliver downloads, operate subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, improve products, measure campaigns, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Referral attribution is used for Anonventions campaign and partner reporting, not to build third-party advertising profiles.
Cookies and local storage
Essential first-party cookies keep you signed in and protect requests from forgery. A separate first-party attribution cookie may remember a referral or campaign for up to 30 days. The site also stores your color-theme preference and tool presets in your browser. You can clear these values in your browser; blocking essential cookies can prevent account and checkout features from working.
Service providers
Information is shared only as needed with providers that support the service, including PayPal for payments, Discord for optional sign-in and community features, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, hosting infrastructure, and content-delivery or font providers used by the page you visit. Those providers process information under their own notices.
Retention and protection
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including support, fraud prevention, licensing, accounting, and legal requirements. Anonventions uses restricted administrative access, hashed passwords and tokens, secure cookies, request validation, audit logs, and private storage for paid files. No online system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Some transaction, security, or licensing records may need to be retained. Contact Anonventions through the official support channels linked from the ClothesPlus wiki.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change means the updated notice applies from its effective date.
