Using the service
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and meet the age requirements of PayPal, Discord, and any other service you use. You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting your sign-in methods and license keys, and activity performed through your account.
Digital products and licenses
A purchase grants the license described on the product page; it does not transfer ownership of Anonventions software, artwork, branding, or documentation. Unless a product states otherwise, licenses are personal or tied to the stated number of servers and may not be resold, shared, published, reverse engineered for redistribution, or used to bypass access controls.
Updates, compatibility ranges, dependencies, and support scope may vary by product. Review the product page and documentation before purchase.
Prices, payments, and subscriptions
Prices and discounts shown at checkout control the transaction. Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by PayPal. You authorize the displayed charge when you approve the PayPal order. Endorsed-server placements remain active only while the associated subscription or promotional entitlement is active and the listing follows program rules.
Refunds and cancellations
Except where applicable law or PayPal rules require otherwise, completed digital purchases are generally final after a license, download, or tool access is delivered. If a product is materially not delivered or is defective, contact official support promptly so the issue can be investigated. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a period already delivered.
Acceptable use
You may not attack, scrape excessively, automate abusive traffic, upload malicious content, impersonate others, manipulate reviews or referrals, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payments or licensing, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited or revoked to protect users, systems, or rights holders.
User content
You retain rights you already hold in submitted content. You grant Anonventions permission to host, process, resize, and display that content as needed to provide the feature you selected. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful and safe.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care but may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or compatibility changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonventions is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and support
These terms may be updated when products, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Questions or account requests can be sent through the official support channels linked from the ClothesPlus wiki.
